Simba's Magic Villa was a great place to stay. Our group had 15 people and we could stay comfortably. My one advice is to make sure you read everything carefully as there are many details that will inform what you pack for your trip. We wanted to use the pool but it was too cold and I didn't know about the heating until later. I do realize this was an oversight on my part. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I appreciated communications from Sri, thank you.

Wonderful villa in Emerald Island Resort; [Dory's Magic]
The communication to rent this huge house was awesome! No questions went unanswered. The house itself was huge...LOTS of bedrooms and bathrooms, enough room for our large group! The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and deck provided a nice outside space.

Just back from a fabulous stay at Emerald Magic Villa in Emerald Island. Where do I start! The Villa had everything we could possibly need for our holiday - it was spotlessly clean, really well located to the parks and exceptionally well equipped. Sri went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as he possibly could and we would definitely book with him again!! Would recommend without any hesitation!

Fantastic Stay at Simba's Magic!; [Simba's Magic]
We stayed at Simba's Magic from August 14th to August 31st and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the very beginning, communication with the owner, Sri, was top-notch. He was fantastic throughout the booking process and made everything smooth in the lead-up to our stay. The home itself is magnificent – spacious, fully equipped, and ideal for a family vacation. A special shout-out to the beautiful pool, pool area, and spa, which were perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. The cinema room was another highlight – it was excellent and added an extra bit of magic to our stay. Emerald Island Resort is in a fantastic location, super convenient for visiting the Disney parks. It's also close to US192, which has great restaurants and gift shops for added convenience. Overall, this was a brilliant vacation, and we will absolutely be booking with Sri again! Highly recommended.

Perfect Vacation Home; [Simba's Magic]
We love staying at Samba's Magic. We have stayed more than four times. Perfect location for shopping, dining, parks, etc… Home is very well up-kept and if we have any concerns or questions: they are easily answered or addressed. There can be a little traffic, but you are on vacation, Relax!!! Our family love the game room for our Family fun-nights. Thanks for always making our Family Annual Vacation a Success.

Sri was very diligent and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all our questions in a timely manner before we had even arrived. The villa we stayed at was clean and quiet. Our Holiday; [Pluto's Magic]
We were planning our 3 week vacation in Florida and everyone agreed they wanted to go back to Emerald Island Resort as it was close to everything but when you were in your villa it was so quiet that you felt miles away. This time we rented out Pluto's Magic and we were not disappointed! Everything was perfect, just as we expected, the pool area was clean, and had plenty of seating, the children couldn't decide on going in the water or playing pool or table football in the garage. The beds were so comfortable, people had trouble getting up in the morning. All in all a great holiday home in the thick of all the action (only 15 mins from the gates of Disney!), would highly recommend and will be coming back to Emerald Island on our next visit to Florida.

We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and spacious. The pool area was our favourite as it was very hot in Florida while we were there and this allowed us to cool down during the day and night. The colour changing lights in the pool were a delight with the adults as well as the kids. There was nothing we were in need of during our stay. I would definitely recommend the resort as well as the house. We have been going to the resort since 2013 and was very impressed with the upkeep of the grounds, clubhouse and the houses for rent.

We had an awesome stay at the Tropical Magic home at Emerald Island. From first contact our questions were answered very thoroughly and quickly. Once we arrived the check-in process was seamless. The house was clean and tidy, the kitchen was very well equipped. Beds and sofas were comfortable. Our questions were answered immediately and one minor issue we had was resolved in a very timely manner(within an hour of asking). I highly recommend this property and rental agency.

We flew to Florida for our daughter’s dance competition and this home was perfect. Location was close to Disney and more than enough room for our family as well as for a few friends who joined us later on our trip too. The house had everything you needed and then some. The gated community is beautiful as well as the property. Management was friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Someone came to clean the pool during our stay as well and he is one of the sweetest people as well. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was a great experience. The owner is great with communication and very nice to work with. Highly recommend staying here if you plan on traveling to the Orlando area. We will definitely be back and book again with Sri and his properties. We stayed for a week and it was a great experience overall.

Very Nice-HS Grads Trip; [Lilo's Magic]
As always- property was clean and spacious! We usually stay on another property for our vacation in July. Reached out to Sri via phone and he suggested this property for the girls Graduation Trip. We absolutely Loved It. They girls had so much room they ended up sleeping in one room many nights just to be closer to laugh and talk. Plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. Thank you again Sri.

The most amazing villa; [Disney Magic]
We stayed here for a family holiday, there was 11 of us in total. The Disney magic villa can fit up to 16 people and there is plenty of room for everyone without tripping over each other. The 4 adult rooms were clean, had plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were extremely comfortable. The 3 children’s themed bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, our children loved the themes. The kitchen space was amazing and had everything you could possibly need. The outside space was throughly enjoyed by all and the games room was an extra bonus and brilliantly themed. The only thing we had trouble with was being able to control the tv sets, they were rather complicated. When we arrived Sri had laid out some coffee tea, soaps, wipes and other welcome goodies to start us off with. This was very much appreciated. Emerald island resort is a lovely, safe resort to stay at with plenty of restaurants 5 minutes away. Easy access to Disney World (15 minutes away) and universal (35 minutes) We will 100% be using Emerald Island Rentals in the future and will be recommending to family and friends to book with Sri.

Great time at Disney Magic - Emerald Island Resort; [Disney Magic]
We had a great time. Very easy check in instructions. I was hesitant as other places we’ve stayed with security gates into the neighborhoods were not very pleasant and took a long time, but not here. We followed the easy instructions provided to us in advance and got in and out of the gates with ease every time. We loved the pool and hot tub and we were so close to the theme parks we were visiting. Will stay here again.

It was just myself and my wife staying for 10 nights and we decided on Dory's Magic due to it's location and size of outside pool area and we were not disappointed. The sun hits the pool area all day and for the time we stayed it was very peaceful. The villa could have been a little cleaner when we arrived and it had every comfort needed, the appliances are starting to look their age and could do with some replacement. But this did not effect our enjoyment. Sri was extremely quick in responding to any queries and overall it was well worth the price paid.

Relaxing Resort; [Tigger's Magic]
On arrival Emerald Island Resort has beautiful surroundings and is very clean and well presented. On arrival at Tigger's Magic , we were a little disappointed initially, we felt it looked a bit tired compared to other villas we have stayed in. The pool area was lovely and a great size for all the guests. However, it was generally well equipped. We had a problem with the shower and contacted Sri , who answered straight away and sorted for some one to come in ASAP. Sri was always contactable and very prompt with correspondence from initial booking, and answering any queries we had. We had a lovely holiday, and overall did enjoy staying at Tigger's Magic .

As per the name - Simba's Magic - A beautiful property with all the comforts of home! Our reservations experience was swift and easy. We stayed at Baloo’s for two weeks in April 24, and were pleasantly surprised. The villa is located excellently for the parks, comfortable and clean, with great facilities. We had minor issues with pool filter but it was resolved very quickly. Sri is great and excellent communications all round. Recommend for those of you needing easy access to theme parks, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s all on your doorstep. Gated community is very well maintained and picturesque. Tropical Magic is a comfortable well equiped villa ideally located for visits to the Disney parks. The 4 king size ensuite bedrooms worked really well for our party of 8 adults and 1 child. We especially enjoyed the large covered outdoor area and pool. Sri was easy to contact and quick to respond. We would definately recommend this villa.

Great stay at Nemo's yet again.; [Nemo's Magic]
My two daughters, boyfriend, and husband (and my wife and I the last four nights) as well as our five grandchildren had a wonderful time at this awesome pool house. What more could you ask for? Pool contests and foosball in the garage. The kids spent countless hours in the nicely heated pool. You don't know what you're missing until you have gone out in the early morning with a cup of coffee and sit in a HOT tub. We cooked Steaks on the supplied gas grill one night. Emerald Island is a super resort as well, with great staff, free mini-golf, did some trips to the basketball court on-site, what a time we all had. Did our traditional nature trail walk. And so so many things within close driving distance. The only complaint I have when I come to this place is having to leave! This is the fifth time we have stayed at Emerald, and there is a reason we have NEVER considered anyplace else. You would be nuts to stay in a hotel room.

Gosh where to begin we rented this amazing house for New Year’s Eve visit to Orlando we were greeted with a home that felt like our own - all necessities needed and then more - very family friendly and stocked with basic coffee, tea, sugar and ofc wine to start off our vacation. The owner was accessible all the time (not that we needed to contact him) but nice to know we could at the drop of a hat. The access and exit was smooth and we would not hesitate to recommend or revisit anytime. Oh, and our daughter left some items in a rush. And they found them and mailed them back to us! Amazing!!

Sri was amazing to deal with. He responded by text, phone and email quickly. He was sincere and helpful at every turn. The pool and hot tub are relatively new and lovely. The exposure and privacy are terrific. The interior is not new but definitely has been well updated and worked for us. Thanksgiving 2023 vacation rental; [Simba's Magic]
So the family decided to do something different for Thanksgiving this year..... we vacationed at Emerald Island Resort. Awesome awesome awesome is all i can say.... this is basically our home away from home. We have been vacationing at a Emerald Island property for the last 7 years (which is normally summer months). The bedrooms and kitchen is very spacious. We had an infant this year, and it was still accommodating. We had the playpen, high chair, stroller, and baby bed...private pool, game room, I mean what else can you ask for. The staff is super friendly, and you have 24 hour assistance.....this has become tradition for us, and I cant wait until next year..... Thanksgiving 2023 was amazing... We arrived for our 2 week stay on 13th October, pre arrival instructions were very easy to follow, and the the villa was lovely. First few days we had issues with the pool heating but my emails were responded too promptly and someone came out to fix the problem on the same day I even received a phone call from the owner to ensure all was then ok which it was. Prior to our trip I enquired about birthday banners or balloons as it was a party members birthday, these were all up and looked perfect for our arrival The villa decor itself is slightly dated but was still clean and for us everything was perfect We will definitely be returning to Nemos Magic.

We had a wonderful couple of weeks at the villa. It was great to have 4 king sized en-suite bedrooms and sufficient sun loungers for 8 adults. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. I would be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend to others (but stay three weeks as 2 wasn't long enough for us!) The owner was approachable and easily contacted at all stages of the booking process. There was a minor item which required attention when we were on site and this was dealt with the same day. One of the highlights was seeing armadillos on our return to the villa of an evening - a very picturesque setting. Thank you for our amazing stay.

Well what can i say from start to finish our holiday was amazing, the villa was spotless on arrival, it had everything you could need. It is fully equipped so you could cook your own meals if required. There was 10 of us in the villa and we all had our own space. The pool area was great, the kids loved having our own pool which was a hit after the parks. The customer service I received from Sri was first class, nothing was too much trouble, he was very helpful. I would not hesitate to return to these villas and I would recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. The villa was the perfect location to the Disney parks and all the other major tourist attractions. Thank you

We spent 2 weeks at the villa, all instructions and directions very useful. Great property with pool and jacuzzi, didn't need pool heated. Nice covered outside seating where you could sit and watch the rain. The club house was ok with the pool but no food or entertainment as suggested, people running it are giving up. Shop was very small. Had a few minor problems lamp went on projecter in games room, safe was locked but sorted within the day.

Family Vacation 2023 stayed at the Emerald Magic, the name says it all "Magic" wouldn't change a thing. Very spacious the house is beautiful and the pool was amazing! The villa is close to all restaurants and Disney parks. The owner Sri was very attentive to our needs and also the staff. My family and I would vacation here again and again. Definitely book the Magic! You won't regret, had an amazing experience!!!!!
