This cozy vacation home is fully furnished with comfortable furniture for the enjoyment of all of our guests and accommodates up to 8 guests. Spacious enough for one or two families this vacation rental is an economical alternative to Orlando hotels or even Disney World resorts. Emerald Island Resort is a guarded and gated community with year-long activities and entertainment for the entire family in the clubhouse. Emerald Island Resort is located just off the popular Route 192 with its shops, restaurants and local attractions. Our Florida villa guests have full access to all the resort facilities, clubhouse with heated pool/spa and licensed poolside Tiki Hut bar. Living Area
Living room of this villa is spacious, with a comfortable sofa that can convert in to a queen size bed complemented by love seat, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, 50" 4K-UHD ROKU TV and DVD player. This room also leads to the cozy patio area.
Dining Area
Dining room of this villa is spacious, with a large table for 6 with additional two bar chairs overlooking the kitchen. There is also a highchair offered at no extra cost.
Kitchen
Timon's Magic vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen that allows food preparation a breeze while on vacation. The kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings, kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwaveable dishes.
Master Suite
Master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, clock/radio and telephone, a dresser with a 43" 4K-UHD ROKU TV, closet space, and an attached master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and a shower. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with mirror, and a 43" flat-screen SMART TV. It has its own closet space. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, nightstand with lamp, and a 43" flat-screen SMART TV. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Family Bathroom
The second and third bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Laundry Room
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied.
For families with small children we have Pack 'n Play, highchair and stroller available at no charge.
