Our Emerald Island Resort villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool in Kissimmee, Orlando Florida is popularly known as Pluto's Magic and offers a private pool and is in Kissimmee, Florida. It is a short 3 mile distance from Disney World and located near major highways and shopping centers. This vacation villa is fully furnished with comfortable furniture for the enjoyment of all of our guests and accommodates 8 guests. This holiday home is ideal for one or two families and is an inexpensive alternative to Orlando/ Kissimmee hotels and Disney World resorts.
Emerald Island Resort is a guarded and gated community with evening entertainment and many activities for kids and adults in the clubhouse. Emerald Island Resort is located just off the popular Route 192 with its shops, restaurants and local attractions. Our Florida villa guests have full access to all the resort facilities, clubhouse with heated pool/spa and licensed poolside Tiki Hut bar. Living Room
Living Room of our villa is spacious, with a comfortable sofa that can convert in to a King size bed, complemented by love seat, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, PS3 game console, 42" plasma TV and a DVD player.
Dining Room and Nook
The Dining Area is well furnished with a dining table with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served.
Kitchen
Our villa has a well-equipped kitchen that makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic icemaker. This kitchen is "complete" with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings, kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwavable dishes.
First Master Suite
Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, two nightstands with lamps, clock/radio and telephone, a dresser with a 22" flat screen TV, closet space, and an attached master bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower with bath. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. This bedroom also has a safe and a ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom in this master bedroom also has a door leading to the pool area.
Second Master Suite
The second master suite is furnished with a king bed, nightstand with lamp, dresser with mirror, and a 22" flat screen TV. It has its own closet space and a private bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, 22" flatscren TV, nightstand with lamp and a clock radio. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Fourth Bedroom
The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, 22" flatscren TV, nightstand with lamp and a clock radio. It has its own closet space and an adjacent, shared family bathroom. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.
Family Bathroom
The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom.
Laundry Room
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.
Game Room
The garage has been fitted with a pool table and a foosball table for additional enjoyment.
Pool Area
The pool area is probably the place where a lot of your spare time will be spent after a hard day in the parks. It has a large extended deck and a heated screened (24' X 12') pool. Heating is optional.
The pool also has a safety screen and all doors leading to the pool area have door alarms fitted to prevent the children opening these doors without you knowing. We also provide some pool floats etc for you to use.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet paper are also supplied.
