Feel comfortable and relaxed in the main living area which has been tastefully furnished. The room has two large comfortable sofas, coffee table, intimate lighting and entertainment center with cable TV, DVD, CD player. For the quiet reader we also provide a variety of reading material.

Conveniently situated at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together or sip your beverage and chat with the rest of your family.

Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.

Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together as a family.

Decorated in a relaxing pale green, this bedroom has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower. The door from this bathroom also leads directly to the pool area. There is, in addition, an alarmed door that leads from the large deck directly into the en-suite, enabling you to shower and change straight from the poolside. The room also has a large walk in closet and a TV.

This bedroom has a queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, including shower. In keeping with our use of color, this room is a serene lilac. The bedroom is situated at the front of the house and benefits from being the coolest room. There is a floor to ceiling closet along the length of one wall.

This bedroom has two twin beds and a pull-out bed and is decorated with a Mickey Mouse theme.

This bedroom has a double bed, night stand, chest and a flat-screen TV. As with all of our bedrooms there is a large closet.

The third and fourth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is conveniently located.

If you want fun, enjoy our separate games room with a pool table, air hockey table and many games. We have found in our own family that the young and old have spent many hours in the games room. These should keep the children (and young-at-heart adults!) entertained whilst at home!

Have a dip in the child safety screened, south-facing, optionally heated pool. Then just relax and read your favorite book on the extended deck around the pool, with stunning views over 11 acres of wooded conservation area.

The pool aread is screened by hibiscus bushes for your privacy and to provide shade in the evening. The pool area is furnished with pool chairs and loungers for soaking some Florida sun while on vacation at our home.

The water feature, as you can see, is in the corner of the screened area and at the end of the pool. Please note, this area is NOT separately heated and it is not a spa. The temperature will be the same as the pool water. It comfortably seats 6 people. When the Water Feature is running it flows gently into the pool. This is a nice spot to have a quiet drink in the evening.

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a Pack 'n Play, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.
