Our game room is fully air-conditioned and has a 7' slate bed pool table. This theater room has a 1080p projector with 100" professional grade screen and a Blue-Ray player. The game-room is decorated to highest standards. As we always say ...If there is a garage door - it is a garage, not a game-room!

Our large 14'x30' swimming pool and spa are south-facing and have the unique advantage over many other villas in that the entire pool and spa area will be soaked in sunlight during the day. It is surrounded by a large extended full width paved patio and a screened lanai with cooling ceiling fans should you prefer to sit in the shade. The pool deck is furnished with chairs, tables, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun.

The luxurious raised spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! Those guests traveling with little ones will be glad to know that the pool area has a complete child safety fence. Please note this child safety fence can be put-up or down as needed. In addition all doors leading to pool are alarmed for your additional peace  of mind.

As you enter this spacious vacation home, you will be greeted with a spacious living room to your left. This room is fully furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, complemented by a love seat, coffee table, and an end table. This room is directly across from the formal dining area and is the perfect space for your family to gather around and make many memories.

The formal dining is well furnished with a large dining table and six chairs with all place settings waiting for your gourmet meals to be served. This dining area is located just off the entrance hall and is accessible from the kitchen via an architecturally elegant serving hatch. With elegant and tropically themed decorations, this room is certainly a welcoming sight!

The family room with its two-story ceilings is spacious, with a comfortable sofa, complemented by love seat, coffee table, and two end tables with lamps, 55" LED SMART TV, and a Sony Play Station 3 games console with games. This is an ideal location for your entire family to gather around and share past memories and make many more for years to come.

Luxury of this vacation home is defined right here in the kitchen! The recently upgraded kitchen has granite counter-tops and a huge breakfast table with a granite table. This well-equipped kitchen makes food preparation a breeze while you are on vacation. To start off, this kitchen has an oven and a cook-top stove to make special meals of your choice and is complemented by a refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven and automatic ice-maker. This kitchen is "complete" with dinnerware, silverware and glassware settings for 14 (including wine glasses), kitchen towels and oven mitts, knives and cutting board. It also offers various kitchen utensils including corkscrew and grater, Salt and pepper shakers. There are plenty of pots and pans, baking sheets, microwavable dishes.

The elegant master bedroom suite is located downstairs, and has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, dresser, and a 50" 4K-UHD ROKU SMART TV, plus a master en-suite. This bedroom has a huge walk-in closet.

In addition to the 4 en-suite bathrooms, this villa has a family bathroom that can be shared by both of the kids bedrooms on the second floor.

There is a half bath/powder room on first floor between the family room and game-room.

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

All linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge
