The room has two large comfortable sofas, coffee table, intimate lighting and entertainment center with a 43" Roku SMART TV. One of the sofas in this room can be converted as a sleeper sofa.

Enjoy this spacious family room with comfortable sofa and love seat. There is also a 50" flat-screen TV and DVD player in this room. This is the perfect space for your entire family to sit together and share the memories of the past or plan for your next day events at Disney World.
Formal Dining Area
Conveniently located at the end of the family room, this room offers seating for six. This area overlooks the spacious and adjoining family room. This is an ideal place for both formal and causal meals.
Kitchen and Nook
Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.
Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together as a family.

This bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite and has a large closet. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. Additional furniture includes night stands and table lamps. After a busy day at parks, this is the place to relax.

This bedroom has two twin beds, night stand and table lamp. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. This is another bedroom ideal for two kids.

This bedroom has two twin beds, chest of drawers, night stand and table lamp. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and DVD player for entertainment. This bedroom is ideal for two kids after a busy day at parks.

Family Bathroom
The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms share a family bathroom that is centrally located.
Laundry Facilities
Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.
Miscellaneous
All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.
Pool Area
Have a dip in the child safety screened, optionally heated pool/spa or read your favorite book or listen to hear music on the deck around the pool. This west-facing pool offers plenty of sunlight. The pool area is furnished with pool chairs and loungers for soaking some Florida sun while on vacation at our home.
Game Room
If you want fun, enjoy our separate games room with a pool table and a foosball table.
