This villa offers a private theater and entertainment room that is fully air-conditioned. This theater room features a 110" theater screen with a SMART Projector so that you can watch your favorite shows and movies using the built-in applications such as Netflix with your account. The leather seating complements well to elevate your movie experience. There is also a slate-bed pool table and a table football game (foosball) for your entertainment.

Enjoy this quiet and spacious living area by the front of the villa adjacent to the formal dining. This is an ideal spot to share memories with the loved ones or quietly read a book or plan the activities for the next day. This room offers a large sectional sofa, coffee table and end tables.

Dinner time is often the time to discuss the day's activities and really bond with your family. Dining in the privacy of your own vacation home will allow you that quality time without the noise and interruptions that a restaurant can cause. Conveniently located at the end of the living room, this room offers seating for six.

The upscale all-granite kitchen is equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack or to prepare a family feast. It is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, Ninja blender, slow cooker, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.

The large granite nook area seats up to 6 adjacent to the kitchen and is a great place to leisurely start to your day with breakfast or a nice cup of coffee. This area is centrally located at the end of the full-size kitchen with a view over the pool at the rear of this spacious vacation home. It's a good place to grab a bite or sip your beverage while watching the kids splash in the pool.

This spacious master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a 48" flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

This master suite in Beauty and Beast theme is located on the second floor and offers a king bed, walk-in closet, two nightstands with lamps, dresser, a 50" ROKU-SMART TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

This bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed, chest of drawers, a 50" ROKU-SMART TV, nightstand with lamp and plenty of closet space this room will give a couple everything they need to feel right at home during their Orlando vacation.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a family-style Jack 'n Jill bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bath-tub with step-in shower and a toilet.

This kid's bedroom is located on the second floor sleeps three; two on a twin-twin bunk bed and one on a twin bed. The room has a 50" ROKU-SMART TV to keep the kids busy. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided.

This bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king bed and en-suite. The bedroom has a 50" ROKU-SMART TV as well. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. The en-suite bathroom offers mirrored vanity unit, ceramic tiled floors, a toilet and walk in shower.

This bedroom is located on the second floor and has two twin beds. The room has a 50" ROKU-SMART TV, chest of drawers and a night stand. This bedroom has its own closet space as well.

Bedrooms #6 and #7 located on the second floor share a Jack 'n Jill bathroom. This bathroom is equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bath-tub with step-in shower and a toilet

There is a powder room/half-bath downstairs.

Our villa has fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

This vacation rental has a private pool with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool and/or spa heating you can be assured that the pool is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a pool chair or lounger. When you are on vacation in this villa, be sure to enjoy breakfast by the pool, or an evening meal here under the lanai as you watch the Florida night skies change colors. This private enclosed pool area is a great spot for your family to enjoy and make many special memories to last a lifetime during your Florida vacation. The spa enhances your evenings by the pool area with a color changing light-show. 

All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.
