Whether you want to enjoy a game of pool on our full-sized slate pool table or simply relax in the professional theater watching a movie on the professional theater screen, this luxury vacation home has it all for you. The game-room is professionally decorated to give you a real sense of being in a theater. If there is a garage door - it is a garage, not a game-room!

Have a dip in the child safety screened, south-facing, optionally heated pool/spa, or refresh all those tired muscles in your private (optionally heated) spa. Then just relax and read your favorite book on the extended deck around the pool. The pool area is furnished with pool chairs and loungers to soak in the Florida sunshine.

Located to the front of the vacation home, the living room serves as a gathering spot for your family. Sit back and relax in the main living area that has been tastefully decorated and furnished high-quality furnishings. The room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, coffee table, and intimate lighting. This is the perfect spot to sit-down as a family and plan your day or recap the entire day in the evening.

Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining offering a spacious dining space for all those exotic dinners. This area also overlooks the kitchen area through the architectural arches of this luxury vacation home. There are plenty of restaurants just minutes away but if you choose to make your own feast or decide to get a carry-out, you can huddle around the food right in this room.

The family room is centrally located next to the kitchen/nook area providing access to private pool on one side and master bedroom on the other end. This room has comfortable furniture, large 65" wall-mounted ROKU-SMART TV with a surround sound system.

Fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.

Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen bar with a view over the pool and conservation area at the rear of your home. A good place to eat together as a family.

Luxuriously decorated, this spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with windows over-looking the south-facing pool area. This bedroom has a 55" ROKU-SMART TV, lamps, clock/radio, dresser and mirror, and a huge walk-in closet. The first-floor master bathroom is an en-suite to the king master bedroom and offers a Jacuzzi tub, shower, a spacious sink area, and toilet.

The second-floor master bedroom features slumber-soft king-size bed, 50" ROKU-SMART TV, nightstands, lamps, walk-in closet, plus a private master bathroom, with a mirrored vanity unit, toilet and tub.

This Frozen themed bedroom will surely excite girls of any age which is perfect for two young girls! This room also offers a 43" 4K-UHD ROKU SMART TV, nightstand and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

This modern and stylish bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with matching furnishings and provides a closet and ample drawer space with a dresser and mirror. This room also features 50" ROKU-SMART TV, and a ceiling fan.

This kids bedroom with a modern flair will surely excite kids of any age! It sleeps two guests in twin beds and is complemented by 43" 4K-UHD ROKU SMART TV, nightstand and closet space. This bedroom can access the family bathroom.

There is a half bath/powder room on first floor.

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

All linens, pillows, blankets, and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.
