The spacious family room offers large sofa and love seat, coffee table, and entertainment center with TV and DVD player. This is an ideal space to relax when you are not busy at the Orlando attractions or outside enjoying the warm and sunny Orlando, Florida weather by the spacious pool area.

The living area is located to the front of the villa adjacent to the formal dining and offers a sofa and a chair.

Conveniently located at the end of the living room, the formal dining area seats eight in comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils and pots and pans you would need to make a meal.

This nook table seats up to 4 and is centrally located by the kitchen with a nice view to the pool and grand family room.

This spacious master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

A second master suite is located on the second floor and offers a king bed nightstands with lamps, dresser, TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

This queen themed bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed. The room has a flat screen TV, chest of drawers and two night stands. This bedroom has its own closet space as well.

Bedrooms five and six share a family bathrooms that are conveniently located on the same level.

The loft area upstairs has a sofa and provides additional seating for relaxation and family time. There is a sleeper sofa in this area.

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

This villa has converted the garage in to a game-room with a pool table, air-hockey table and a basket ball game.

All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.

Private pool of this villa faces south-west and has a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool/spa heating, you can have the pool heated during colder months.
