Enjoy this quiet and spacious living area by the front of the villa adjacent to the formal dining. This is an ideal spot to share memories with the loved ones or quietly read a book or plan the activities for the next day. The sofa in this room is a sleeper sofa and sleeps two kids.

Dinner time is often the time to discuss the day's activities and really bond with your family. Dining in the privacy of your own vacation home will allow you that quality time without the noise and interruptions that a restaurant can cause. Conveniently located at the end of the living room, this room offers seating for six.

The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to rustle up a quick snack or to prepare a family feast. It is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer including ice maker, twin sinks, dishwasher, blender, toaster and all the utensils you would expect in your own home, to either produce a quick snack or a la carte meal.

This nook table seats up to 4 - in the nook area of the kitchen is a great place to take a leisurely start to your day with breakfast or a nice cup of coffee. Centrally located at the end of the excellent kitchen with a view over the pool at the rear of your home. A good place to grab a bite or sip your beverage while watching the kids splash in the pool.

This spacious master bedroom suite is located on the first floor and includes a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet and comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

A second master suite is located on the second floor and offers a queen bed, nightstands with lamps, dresser, TV, closet space and a private en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet as well comes with all bedding, bed sheets and pillows.

This bedroom is located on the second floor and is decorated in a theme appreciated by girls of any age. This bedroom will delight the little girls in your life and sleep two comfortably! The bright decor will put a smile on their face and yours! With two twin beds, chest of drawers with TV, nightstand with lamp and plenty of closet space this room will give the girls everything they need to feel right at home during this Orlando vacation.

This bedroom is located on the second floor and has a full size bed. The room also has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. This bedroom is ideal for two young adults or kids.

This Harry Potter themed bedroom is located on the second floor and has a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin bed. The room has a TV as well. All bedding, bed sheets and pillows are provided. The family/private bath bathroom offers mirrored vanity unit, ceramic tiled floors, a toilet and walk in shower.

This queen themed bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen bed. The room has a wall mounted flat screen TV, chest of drawers and two night stands. This bedroom has its own closet space as well.

This kids bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed and a twin bed and is also located on the second floor.

The second and third bedrooms located on the second floor share a family bathroom that is centrally located. This family bathroom is shared upstairs and is equipped with tiled flooring, a mirrored vanity unit with basin, a bath-tub with step-in shower and a toilet.

Our villa has a fully equipped laundry facilities with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. So, there is no need for our guests to run to the Laundromat. There is also a laundry basket, vacuum cleaner and mop and bucket in the laundry room.

Disney area vacation does not mean that you have to head to the parks every day! When you feel like staying back home, kids will be busy playing in the air-conditioned garage that has been converted in to a game-room. This game-room has a pool table and a foosball table.

All linens, pillows, blankets and bath towels are supplied. Starter rolls of toilet tissue are supplied. In addition, there is a crib/cot with linen, together with a high chair, these are all provided free of charge.

This vacation rental has a private pool with a child safety fence and is fully screened. With the optional pool/spa heating, you can be assured that the pool/spa is warm even in colder months. If you like to enjoy the Florida sunshine, head-out to the pool and relax in a sun lounger. When you are on vacation in this villa, be sure to enjoy breakfast by the pool, or an evening meal here under the lanai as you watch the Florida night skies change colors.
